Reversible Drum Type Batching Plant Gamzen Reversible Drum type Batching Plants are available in 30M3/HR, capacities. They are most rugged in design, giving good output at continuous rates. The drive mechanism is very simple. It has a drum with gear ring fitted on it which is driven by pinion. Its operation is simple so that the maintenance goes down. The drum is lined internally with wear plates. Mixing drum has 8 mixing blades and 2 discharge blades of M.S heavy duty fabricated. The machine has Three Sets Idler Bearings, No Idle load on Pinion.

Gear Ring is made of forged steel for extra long life (Hob Cut).

Transmix 1000/1500 is non-tilting concrete mixer with reverse discharge having a dry filling capacity of 1500 liters, giving an output of 1 Cu.M. of medium consistency concrete. The mixing drum driven by 25 Hp motor rotates at 13 RPM & only mixer is rated to give 45 batches /Hr. The mixer is manufactured from tested steel plates & fitted with mixing & discharge blades. The liners are fitted inside the drum wherever necessary. The Mixer Module with Skip break & assembly is tried in the workshop before dispatch.

MICROPROCESSOR BASED BATCHING INDEPENDENT SYSTEM (For Aggregate Weighing):

This system consists of electronic load cell (04 Nos.) for weigh batcher & microprocessor. With the help of keyboard you can also observe individual weight of the batch & also the cumulative on the digital indicator.

STAR BIN HOPPER

It is of 4 (four) compartments with total Approx .capacity 10 M3. The gates are operated Electro pneumatically. Our supply includes 5 Hp automatic compressor and 5 Hp water pump. Electro magnetic vibrator is fitted for sand compartment.

CEMENT CONVEYING SYSTEM :

Cement screw conveyor of 4 m length feeds cement to the skip which is also used for aggregate and sand. The screw conveyor is driven by 5 Hp motor and it has 1 Ton feed hopper.

CONTROL PANEL WITH CABIN:

A suitable desk type push button panel is incorporated. The panel consists of push buttons for all motors & solenoid valves for discharge gates. The panel is mounted on separate structure. Light indicators are also provided.
